Dan really takes informing his customers seriously. I was fortunate enough to work with him and his experienced team and they surprised me from the start, proving how fast you can get a great deal selling a house that wasn’t exactly in perfect shape to begin with. Great sales approach and 10 out of 10 for friendliness.

In more than 30 years, this was probably the best experience I ever had when selling a property. Since I’m always on the road, it’s hard to keep track of everything, and when I did my best to sell one of my two properties in the past, it never worked out.

Upon hiring Dan for the job, I was a bit apprehensive, since I wasn’t actually there a lot of the time to discuss all the details about selling the property. Even so, the communication with Dan was impeccable, and I was kept up to speed with everything I needed to know. He was very informative, and managed to help me get a very good deal on my sale.

My wife and I have recently bought our first home with Dan’s help. What surprised me the most was that he was so patient and eager to reply to all our questions (there were definitely a whole lot of them we “needed” to ask!), and even though I thought the process would be really difficult, we quickly ended up with our dream home, and even better: it was quite affordable as well.

I just wanted to confirm that Dan was the best realtor I ever worked with, and I sold 5 other houses in the past. Since I have some experience with real estate investments, I can definitely say that he know what he’s doing.
